Wayfair was generally ok with communication, definitely friendly, they just didn't have much info. ANYWAY - the range is beautiful. I waited to review my range until I got to use it for a bit. So far this is the best oven I've used. The different size burners are very helpful, they emit a good amount of gas to heat the pots quickly (use thicker pots) . Then finally opened so I could check for damage and then he refused to bring it in my house because it was "too heavy".
