Overall, I am very happy with this refrigerator. It arrived with a small dent on the back right side, which was disappointing, but it does not affect its performance. The only other issue I encountered was during assembly. When attaching the handles, the pre-drilled holes in one of the handles did not align with the refrigerator's mounting holes. I had to create an additional hole in the handle to secure it properly. Aside from those two issues, the refrigerator has been amazing. After allowing it to settle for the recommended amount of time before plugging it in, it powered on immediately and began cooling right away. My drinks and wines are now perfectly chilled, and it has been working great. One important piece of advice for future buyers: pay close attention to the listed dimensions. The measurements are very accurate. I had to trim a small portion of my countertop to make the refrigerator fit properly. Fortunately, I have someone coming to sand and repaint the area, but if your available space does not exactly match the refrigerator's dimensions, you may run into the same issue. So far so good. Install was relatively easy, but because of its size, having a few extra folks to help hold it in place would be a good idea. My wife and I managed, but it was a bit tricky for just us 2 folks to install and we almost gave up. The gesture control seems a bit finicky, and we can't get it to work reliably. Maybe with time we'll figure it out. The buttons work fine though, and the remote control is a nice touch. The stainless-steel finish, display, and led lights look great. Definitely an upgrade from the Broan powerpack it replaced. As far as noise, it seems to be as loud as our old Broan PM350 we replaced. The grates tend to vibrate a little, so that with the fan contributes to the noise. I was hoping for something quieter, but it's no worse than the unit it replaced, so not a deal breaker. As for airflow, it seems a bit stronger than the broan unit it replaced, which was rate for only 350cfm. This one is rated at 900cfm at max speed, but i don't have a way to measure/confirm that. The fan cage seems bigger, and it's been doing a good job so far of keeping the smells/vapors out of the kitchen while cooking. The fan is a.little louder than my old one was, but ok. The package arrived safely(extremely well packed) and on time. The only problem we had was removing the knockout, the vent access.
