Ok, this is just the “coolest” fan…..ever! Looks and operates exactly as it is described. Delivery box and contents arrived in perfect condition. It is pretty heavy! I’ve put up my share of ceiling fans, but opted for a professional installer this time. Glad I did, as he built some much needed support beams in the ceiling, to ensure it was stable. Plan on buying a large medallion to affix to the ceiling. Looks better, IMO… The electrician even needed my assistance to complete the install, so be sure to have some help. Totally worth it! When 1st having our umbrella for our square table, it was ok, but didn't work on the corners. This being square, covers people at the table much better, and appears to made of good quality. Having the led lights is a bonus as our other umbrella didn't and in the evenings, it's just enough light to see, without being to bright and attracting mosquitos and other bugs. Additional note, after putting it up to use, which was after this initial review, discovered a 5 inch cut through the material. Of course, when 1st receiving it, we were still getting snow, so only did a quick look. Of course, it's now after 30 days, so I can't return it for replacement and had to pay for it another order. Lesson learned, always open your boxes immediately and view everything thoroughly, even if its out of season, and then return to box if needed, till it's time to use it.
