The 6 slim led lights are replacing 6 round halogen lights. The installation was relatively easy because the wiring already existed. I love this light. It recesses nicely into the ceiling, dims well without any flickering. Lighting temperature is adjustable, however the fixture must be removed to change. These are great lights. The adjustable feature for color temperature works very well, and the lights themselves seem to be of good quality. These 4 inch ceiling lights are the best and I can’t wait to install I also have the 6 inch lights for kitchen. The 4 inch lights will replace the horrible hallway lights. We’re putting several lights size 4 in in the living room bonus room and bathrooms.
