The tub is very deep. The length of the tub is only 5 ft minus the large edge around the back of the tub. A tall person may find it a bit tight. All was in working order. Our only disappointment which is why I didn’t rate it five stars was it came poorly packaged. The tub was just sitting in the box, nothing to protect the corners, nothing wrapped. Installed this trim kit 5 years ago and have been satisfied with the value of this unit. The chrome finish is still pristine. All the parts are brass - no plastic - which makes this unit feel higher end. The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is that it doesn't respond quickly to temperature adjustments once the knob has been turned on to your initial setting. It will get warmer or colder eventually (I'd say in about 20-30 seconds), which isn't as quickly as I'd like. Unclear if this issue could be fixed by replacing the cartridge.. Mike. Buffalo, NY.
