We really like it.. it looks great and fits our space well. The only issue was that in a few areas, there were small scratches and some of the plastic design details weren’t fully secured, so we had to glue them in ourselves. The 50" width means it will make a big impression. Preserve has an adjustable height ranging from 30" to 84". Comes with four 12" downrods and one 6" downrod.
