These came in a set of two, and we got them in white. As far as the Verner Panton style chair goes, this is the most affordable option I’ve seen out there. A lot of them go for upwards of $500 for one chair, so this is a deal. However, I’m not sure how they would compare quality-wise. These look nice and are surprisingly comfortable to sit in, but I wonder how they will hold up over a longer period, the plastic being a little thinner than I expected. Perhaps they’re all made this way. Again, without anything else to compare it to, it’s hard to say. But they provide a stylish and compact seating option and fit with our 70’s aesthetic. Overall a great find on this rocking chair. I love the matte black color and the resin material is just a game changer, no worries on scratching and peeling in the future. The quality is excellent. All pieces were well packaged and in perfect condition. You do need to assemble them, but pretty quick and easy to do so. It goes quicker with 2 people. They are comfortable to sit in but I do think a cushion is still required. It is solid once assembled but in the beginning does sort of pop and settle but I think that is due to the resin material and the metal screws adjusting to the movement. The back of one of the chairs it’s not level and the front of the cushions are a little wonky. For the price and the aesthetics, I don’t mind. This club chair is nice and comfy and has a very cushy seat and arms and the back is nice cause I can feel more arch support. It comes together real easy with some components able to store in the zipper pocket pocket underneath the chair. My husband and preschooler put these together quickly. My husband had a lot of positive things to say about the quality (until he found out how much I paid per chair, and then he said, “What! You paid what! No wonder they’re so good!”). We use the chairs without cushions and they don’t feel too hard. I am 5’2, and my knees ache after a while of sitting in them even though I’m not a person who usually gets joint aches. I could probably benefit from a foot stool. But my husband is 5’9 and finds them comfortable. Despite the cost, we plan to invest in three more of these chairs for our children to use. I expect them to last a long time. We use these at our fire pit. The arm rests are nice and wide for putting a drink, phone, or small plate. Our kids are ages 1-7 and the chairs are wide enough for two kids to sit. Update: We have had the chairs for more than four years now, and they look as good as the day we bought them, despite sitting fully exposed to the elements.
