Great system! Lots of parts since I ordered 3 separate systems for my complete closet design. Since this was my first time installing this type of system it took me quite a while to get organized and confident in how easy it really is to assemble. The direction sheets are good but general since there are so many configuration choices making the system very customizable. The (3) systems were well packaged and all arrived on 1 heavy pallet ( 16 separate boxes I believe). Unfortunately the box labels were not clearly marked as to which boxes went with which system which made trying to inventory all the parts for each system impossible. However, the components used are the same so really didn’t matter as I ultimately had all the parts I needed to complete my layout. I did recieve two incorrect 8”drawer faces that were grey in color and different style then the white color I ordered. As you can see in the photos, I completed the assembly with them so we can use the system while I wait for the (2) correct replacement drawer fronts. This was a tough review to write. First, the gold is in fact GOLD plated (meaning, this is not gold brushed). That's fine but may be jarring if you're not braced for it (there were no reviews when we purchased it). A few of the sockets broke during assembly, and taking it apart to replace them is going to be a major endeavor. Wayfair customer service was great, but apparently the manufacturer doesn't do replacement parts... Also, the instructions were quite possibly the worst I've ever seen.
