This tile is beautiful, with a nice sheen and enough irregularity to catch the light and make it look expensive. However, 2/3 of the boxes I ordered came with broken tiles. I think broken tiles are more likely with this format because the grooves create weaknesses in the 14x14 sheets. Besides the breakage, the tile was easy to work with and regular enough that all the groves lined up without too much effort. I used it for my kitchen backsplash and am really pleased with the look. A lifesaver for my old house! I have three types of hardwood flooring in my kitchen/dining room. It was an eyesore and so difficult to keep clean, as it's old and badly damaged. On a whim, I ordered this peel-and-stick tile and it /completely transformed the space/. I used to avoid my kitchen because it always felt dirty to me, but now it's intentional and beautiful. I love this little niche! It's built of very tough stainless steel and should last a long time. The black color pairs nicely with the golds that are in the room with it. Much thicker than some of the other stick on tiles I've used. also great color. only negative thing I have is that some of the top thin plastic will come off if you have to cut them different size.
