This tile is beautiful, with a nice sheen and enough irregularity to catch the light and make it look expensive. However, 2/3 of the boxes I ordered came with broken tiles. I think broken tiles are more likely with this format because the grooves create weaknesses in the 14x14 sheets. Besides the breakage, the tile was easy to work with and regular enough that all the groves lined up without too much effort. I used it for my kitchen backsplash and am really pleased with the look. The tile is beautiful, edging more on the gray and light creamwhite side, but it would go with basically any neutral theme. I will say that they are fairly small, so if you think 6x6 is a decent size think again. Youll likely need more than you anticipate for you project if you are anything like me, which means order one or two boxes more than expected. This tile will be going in front of our fireplace, on the surround, and then by our door, so it will see some heavier use.
