We had 2 of these installed. The control panel became unattached on the first one and Wayfair sent us another range hood. I thought the first hood was pretty loud, but did an ok (just ok) job sucking smoke from the kitchen. But with the second hood, the installer noticed that the intake piece that is supposed to open when the hood was on has only half opening, which was causing the hood to be very loud. I really like the overall vibe of this sink and it is really nicely made. However, there were a couple issues I had to deal with. I had to cut a part of the back of the drawer for it to close with the plumbing. And it was challenging for me to identify an easy way to fix this without modifying the drawer. The good news is this worked out okay for me. The second issue I had (and this is likely just personal preference) is the actual sink was stainlessbrushed finish and the faucet was shiny finish.
