The retractable design and 4" height create a low profile, minimalist look that seamlessly blends into your kitchen when not in use. For maximum surface coverage, the retractable hood slides out as needed. Two oversized aluminum mesh filters with a carbon layer absorb grease, smoke, and cooking odors. This hood is equipped with two pre-installed LED light bulbs that provide convenient illumination over your cooking surface. Unlike traditional ductless ventilation, our retractable hood is not convertible: it's exclusively designed, constructed, and rigorously tested for ductless applications where there is no access to outside venting.
