Those pulls made from zinc alloy have a black metal interior and an electroplated coating that tarnishes and wears over time. Pulls made from aluminum are prone to bending and denting.

We have had this installed now for 6 months and absolutely love this toilet! The sleek design makes for easy cleaning and the two flush facility is great energy saving.
