The LG dehumidifier works quite well. It's modern-looking, has a customizable humidity setting and a sensor that turns off the unit once the desired humidity level has been reached. It also senses when the bucket is full and when to clean the filter which is very easy to do. Great product so far. And aesthetically, the most minimal and elegant dehumidifier I could find. Took about 24 hours to dehumidify our piano room and get it to the humidity level I set it to (from 55% to 45%). It's not the most quiet appliance, but it is very effective and isn't in our main living space, so it's perfect for us. So far the manual setting works pretty well. I set it to 45% and it automatically turns on and off to keep the humidity level around there. I have a hygrometer near the piano that tracks humidity level and it's staying very steady since getting this dehumidifier. I'm also I glad I got the one with wi-fi connection. You can control everything through the app– turn the dehumidifier on/off; change the modes between Auto, "Dry" (the manual mode), Quiet, Fan, and Continuous; and fan speed. I spent a full days pay on a SH trashcan when I was first starting out on my own. Guess what, though That trashcan sits in my kitchen to this day some 10 years later. So if this laundry hamper is half as amazing as their trashcans are, 150 seems more than reasonable. Regarding the actual product, its sturdy and has a decent capacity. I suspect the removable section will either be used every time I do laundry or never again - time will tell, and Ive only had it in my possession for all of 24 hours.
