Kichler fans are excellent, and this one is no exception. Modern and stylish; moves a good amount of air and runs very quietly. Installation is pretty straightforward for both fan and control (which is wall mounted, and so much better than a remote control!). The fireclay construction truly stands out which makes the sink feel extremely durable and gives it a high end solid finish. It is heavy and solid might need a little reinforcement with placement for securing reassurance. The single bowl is deep and spacious. So, the sink is beautiful and I love the offset drain and the work station features (extra cost but you can have a cutting board, colander, drying board and soaking bowl). However, two separate sinks were delivered with cracks in the corner. One was substantial, and I returned it to Wayfair w/o issue. The second was a small hairline crack that was just forming, and I exchanged it under warranty with Kohler. I got a 3rd sink with no issues, but now I'm scared cracks might develop down the road. Unfortunately the counter was already templated to this sink (which btw you must use the template to make sure the edges are exposed for the accessories), so I just have my fingers crossed.
