I haven't had this long but I have been testing it out this week and so far everything is excellent. I was comparing the cooking times and evenness to my previous toaster oven and this is doing better on the evenness and equal in time. I have not explored all the settings yet but the air fryer for the french fries was excellent. I could put more fries into the "basket" and they were evenly cooked. Very happy with this air fryer. It was very easy to use and also very easy to clean! It comes with a small recipe book for ideas. I would say that if you have a large family or plan on making a lot of food, get a larger size as the basket is smaller. We made fries breaded chicken and both turned out great!
