Overall, I like this closet organizer. The drawer slides are a one roller front and one roller rear and while they work, they are noisy, a little rough, and when the drawer is pulled out, the drawers make a good thump when it hits the stops. I thought I knew my measurements before I ordered this closet organizer and it turns out it is a little big for the closet. And once its assembled, what are you going to do? We will make it work.. The drawers are high quality. We purchased 4 and they all were perfectly made. It starts with being sure of the measurements. They provide the information on how to measure - be sure to follow the directions to get the correct sizing. I put 2 drawers in 2 double door cabinets - each size for each location was different. So, again, be sure of your measurements. Each drawer was fully assembled. All that was required was to install the rails inside the cabinets. This also required attention to detail.
