One of the biggest highlights is how easy it is to change configurations — you can rearrange the pieces quickly to fit different needs or room layouts, which makes it feel very flexible and functional. We did notice an issue after a few days of use where the back cushions started to sag when not supported, which was a bit concerning at first. Had high hopes for this couch but disappointed. It looks great. The ottomans have a decent amount of storage. The cushions on the back are dreadfully thin as are the seats.
