One of the biggest highlights is how easy it is to change configurations — you can rearrange the pieces quickly to fit different needs or room layouts, which makes it feel very flexible and functional. We did notice an issue after a few days of use where the back cushions started to sag when not supported, which was a bit concerning at first. I’m really happy with this modular sectional! The fabric is one of my favorite things about it—it’s incredibly soft, cozy, and comfortable to lounge on. I also love the flexibility of the modular design. I have a smaller space, and being able to rearrange the layout to fit my room has been a huge plus. One thing I would recommend is placing a rug underneath it. I plan to add one to mine because without a rug, the sections can slowly shift apart a tiny bit over time. It’s not a dealbreaker, but a rug would definitely help keep everything in place. As a mom of a toddler, I also appreciate how forgiving the fabric is. Spills, snacks, and sticky little hands happen regularly in my house (even when certain tiny humans have been told not to eat on the couch!). Thankfully, the fabric is easy to wipe down and clean, which has made daily life much less stressful. I’ll admit, the construction of the couch surprised me at first, and I wasn’t sure what to think. I’m also not convinced I’ll personally use the storage compartments very much. That said, once everything was assembled, I was impressed by how sturdy and solid it feels. It is well constructed with solid parts Set aside a couple of hours to unpack each component and put everything together. It wasn't a difficult build but it was pretty time consuming. The delivery wasn't great as they left the 4 four ~100lb boxes sitting in the driveway vs setting in the house so you will also want to have a dolly on hand. Had high hopes for this couch but disappointed. It looks great. The ottomans have a decent amount of storage. The cushions on the back are dreadfully thin as are the seats. I got really lucky！this replacement module showed up before Christmas, and Wayfair’s service was awesome. Our executive desk's U-shaped form provides plenty of space to spread out your work. It's made of engineered wood that goes with practically any style or color choice. One side of this desk features a rectangular workspace with a modesty panel underneath. The other side has a three-drawer file cabinet for storing and organizing files, books, and other office materials.

Ordered 2 at once. One arrived from New Jersey (?) in perfect condition, but the second shipped from TX never arrived. Customer service has been perfectly helpful for all FIVE (?) calls. A replacement (from TX) was ordered and arrived not boxed with corner protectors/top and bottom cardboard pieces completely damaged and unusable. A second replacement came (from TX) and arrived in even worse condition (both tops had screws missing and screw holes stripped so won't stay on with screws provided, cracks on all sides, dents, etc.). I asked for a return label so whomever can inspect and see how badly damaged they are coming from TX. Third replacement sent from New Jersey or maybe Virginia- I cannot remember. Arrived in perfect condition like the first did. Customer service could not be better, but I'd call to order this piece with customer service and beg that it comes NOT from Texas. Love the two working ones and recommend 100%... again, if not arriving from Texas! I'm sharing damaged photos of last one sent, but not of two we kept, b/c they fit description perfectly.. Christina.
