One of the biggest highlights is how easy it is to change configurations — you can rearrange the pieces quickly to fit different needs or room layouts, which makes it feel very flexible and functional. We did notice an issue after a few days of use where the back cushions started to sag when not supported, which was a bit concerning at first. However, we rearranged the setup so the back rests against a wall, and that completely solved the problem for us. Since then, it’s been holding up well and remains comfortable for everyday use.. So if you are not good at putting things together your going to need some help or you are going to have to pay Wayfair to do it. I love having the cup holders and a charging port. The delivery wasn't great as they left the 4 four ~100lb boxes sitting in the driveway vs setting in the house so you will also want to have a dolly on hand. After 2 years, this couch is fine. It’s plush, beautiful, spacious and comfy. The removable covers are extremely convenient. The couch does pill so if you don’t want to you use a fabric shaver every few months, I would not recommend. I will say the quality could be better. The bottom cushions move down gradually as you sit causing strain on the fabric. I already have a massive hole in the under side of one bottom cushion and a a small hole forming on a top cushion.
