These closet systems are a great color. Assembly was VERY time consuming. We ended up hiring a contractor to assemble and install them. The assembly time indicated was grossly underestimated. The curtain rods that are inside of the main portion of the system doesn’t have enough room to hang a simple shirt. They should have been mounted above the shelf and the shelf should have been removed all together. It is definitely more cheaply made that previous systems we have had. This piece was exactly as advertised. The final measurements were exactly as they should be. It is a decent quality. The instructions were very good, but I wish they had said that there was no need to remove baseboards. Each section is in 2 pieces and the top overhangs the bottom at the back by at least 1/4" so the baseboards fit behind it fine. Make sure you pay attention to the circles that show how to align the pieces correctly. Some of the screws were flat rather than pointed, which made it difficult to alight them correctly in the pilot holes. Some of the pilot holes did not go through the laminate, which make it more difficult to start the screws. Overall I am very happy with the piece and it fit perfectly in my closet.. Laura. Missouri. Great system! Lots of parts since I ordered 3 separate systems for my complete closet design. Since this was my first time installing this type of system it took me quite a while to get organized and confident in how easy it really is to assemble. The direction sheets are good but general since there are so many configuration choices making the system very customizable. The (3) systems were well packaged and all arrived on 1 heavy pallet ( 16 separate boxes I believe). Unfortunately the box labels were not clearly marked as to which boxes went with which system which made trying to inventory all the parts for each system impossible. However, the components used are the same so really didn’t matter as I ultimately had all the parts I needed to complete my layout. I did recieve two incorrect 8”drawer faces that were grey in color and different style then the white color I ordered. As you can see in the photos, I completed the assembly with them so we can use the system while I wait for the (2) correct replacement drawer fronts. Overall, I am very happy with the closet system and it’s a significant improvement over the former wire shelving previously installed.. Phil. Fri Nov 03 2023
