This was a breeze to apply. Simply shook the container to mix the contents and then applied with a paint roller. Avoided work during direct sunlight hours. Re-applied until the container was empty. When the first rain came I noticed the water bead up and roll off of the driveway as expected. I will probably do this yearly to maintain the concrete. Best price I could find also.. Earl. I think that because the sheets were 100% cotton, they may have felt less silky, and caused me to sleep a little warmer than I would of slept on a combination material sheet? This is why I rated them 4 stars rather than 5. They have deep pockets, fit well & stayed in place on my 15" mattress. I washed the sheets before using them and they were wrinkly out of the dryer, this did not matter to me, after I put them on the mattress, most of the wrinkles disappeared. Great product for protecting concrete. Be careful with how you want to apply this product. I used a plastic container and sprayer, and this sealer literally melted the plastic/ spraying wand. I had to buy stailess steel sprayer to apply this sealer. Also, use a very good quality gloves to avoid any skin rash. It would be great if the supplier supplied MSDS sheet and warning label to not to use any plastic sprayer. Product is excellent, easy to apply!
