Good design and product quality, easy to install since it replaces a Clean Touch model so plumbing already connected and a no fault ground plug already wired in. Twenty five minutes to install. I did add a shower style water filter since I have hard water and with no filter it would clog up and destroy the bidet water heating element. Very happy with the product and works as described. I would point out that you need to use the provided 1/2 inch connectors as the bidet requires that size. Great quality and love the simple design. I didn't use this on a door that was made for a dummy handle, it was a working handle before. So the bolts didn't work with the hole that was already made in the door but I figured out a way to use a backer to hold it on. It won't be visible from the back so it works.. Susan. IN. Originally I ordered what was defined as a "set". however, I only received the toilet base, no tank! After contacting Wayfair, they corrected the problem and sent the tank as well.
