This is a very nice well made cabinet. The finish and construction is about as perfect as you can get with a wood product. The only thing the description on the website didn’t mention was if there were shelves inside the cabinet. Pleasant surprise! There are three shelves inside, which gives you four shelves if you count the bottom of the cabinet. The shelves don’t look to be made out of the same material as the rest of the cabinet and they are a little rough. So if they had finished the shelves a little better, it would be absolutely perfect. I've seen these newer afwalls being used hundreds of times since being introduced in 2008, and they have been nothing but really reliable and sensory-friendly for people on the spectrum. Unfortunately, there's a vocal group of haters on the internet who do not like this generation of afwall, but pay them no mind. The bowl of this toilet is deep enough compared to the older model that felt too shallow, like I was sitting on a clogged toilet. The new model, also, avoids siphoning out unnecessarily when you flush it, unlike the previous model that can do so unexpectedly and unnerve some people.
