I had ordered a toilet also but then cancelled it. The delivery notice said the toilet was being delivered! I emailed Wayfair support and they assured me the urinal was shipped and they were right!! I have nothing but praise for all my dealings with Wayfair.ca. Excellent service before and after the sale!! Update: I finally got this installed and it works perfectly.
