I couldnt imagine trying to get it up an interior stairway. Ive read some other reviews that complain of it not retaining heat. My experience is the opposite. Bathroom remodel and just had to pick this free standing tub for a small space! It has one straight side to push against the wall and the 2 sides taper in to make it easy to clean the sides of the trunk and not behind it! Since it's flat against the wall ! And you don't need that free standing water faucet screwed to the floor collecting dust! With this new flat sided tub, you can mount your bath fixtures in the wall in the middle of the tube instead of one end. You see...by mounting fixture in the middle you can relax up against both ends and and not hit your head on the fixtures. Lol and you can also make it a 2 person tub??!! Oh my!!! We bought this for our primary bathroom renovation, which unfortunately is on the smaller side of primary bathrooms. 100 perfect choice. With many bad discs in my back I often need release from pain. This is my go to solution. Excellent pressure from the JETS and the colors when the lights are on are absolutely amazing. They rotate colors and fill the room with the colorful accents. Candlelight makes the experience even more perfect. The armrests are perfectly poised for relaxation while you’re body pain pains are relieved. It was lightweight and the installers were able to get it set up fairly quickly. We believe it has added value to our home because it transformed that bathroom into a beautiful space.
