But I was able to send a video to the tech and the part was ordered and received. I love the fact that you don’t see fingerprints. This unique product is exactly what we hoped for it to be. The quality is good: woodwork is excellent - the metal had minor 'scuffs' that are less visible on the wall. The included hardware was lacking: a flathead screw was omitted and it was the only design of screw to fit the bracket which was included. These minor disadvantages were frustrating - however, we would order this again - it looks great on the wall across from another WAYFAIR product that is also good quality.
