We did a total remodel of our shower, and I wanted a door with a clean and modern look. This one is WONDERFUL. Since installation was beyond our capability, I did have a contractor install it. He said that it was easy to install but advised 2 people to complete the task. The door arrived in 4 packages, and all the parts were present. We have hard water, so I especially love that the glass has a special coating to minimize spoting. I like that the door has the ability to be installed to swing inward or outward. Looks great. The strip that keeps water from flowing out the bottom of the door isn’t adhesive enough so I’m going to have to glue it down with something stronger. Until I do that, I just keep the door slightly ajar about a 5 degree angle while in the shower (my door opens into the shower) and the water rolls down the door and into the drain. That’s why I’m so glad the hinges were reversible and I could set the door to open into the shower, a big deal because I didn’t have space to open the shower into the room. Also the shower came with more than enough of that strip that goes at the bottom in case I should have to cut another piece I’ll have enough. No other water issues Another reviewer mentioned that it should’ve came with two of those L shaped wall brackets, I agree that would make it more sturdy. It seemed wobbly when it was first assembled but once the silicon was dry it’s pretty solid, you have to be very careful those first few days until it dries though. The glass is beautiful the hinges are not too shiny and look sturdy. I squeegee the glass almost daily because it’s fun but even when I don’t, there aren’t any spots. We recently selected this shower door for a bathroom refresh. We didn't want to do custom glass in this kids bathroom, and opted to save a bit and go with a premade frameless shower door. The quality of the materials is exceptional for our needs here! Achieving a "high-end" look often comes down to the weight and finish of the hardware, and this door delivers on both counts. The brass finish is sophisticated and has a beautiful, soft luster. It isn't that overly shiny "fake" gold. The hinges feel substantial and provide a smooth, heavy inswing and outswing.
