Pretty straight forward and easy to install. My husband (who isn't too handy) was able to do it himself. It is very heavy so two people may be needed since it's 110lbs. The gold matches my daughter bathroom and it looks beautiful. The back is shorter than our last one but it's good since my four year old is able to teach the buttons by herself. The lid is soft closing so no more slamming of the cover. Feels great and looks just as clean and sleek. Really nice toilet. High quality at a good price. Good flushing power with this 1.6 GPM model. Packaging was sufficient to protect during shipment. Came in two parts, tank assembly and toilet bowl. Assembly instructions were descriptive and straight forward, installation took me about 90 minutes from start to finish after old toilet had been first removed. The tank parts came preassembled with valve, float and handle so nothing tricky during installation. Note that the two flange mounting bolts for the toilet bowl are quite long so you'll need a hack saw or power tool to cut them down to enable installing the plastic caps. The Colony Round Front toilet is a space saver, but this High Efficiency Toilet offers great value, price and performance. With excellent flush performance using 20% less water compared to a standard ultra low flush 1.6 gpf (gallons per flush) toilet.

Toilets don't ship well but wayfair makes it right. Paying and picking up at home. Very heavy item. Which I don't understand since they will lose out on money. They don't have you return it when clearly broken and going to recycling or trash. It is good toilet and price but doesn't ship well. Great water delivery. Previous toilet had multiple holes which hard water build up decreased water released into stool when toilet was flushed. Toilet would not fully flush unless we dumped excess water into stool. This design will never have this issue. We will save a lot of water with this change out.. Kjfisher. South Dakota.
