Loved this set! Sad it came with broken pieces everytime they offered a replacement. Was not able to make one set out of all 3 replacements sent because all 3 teapots had problems, some teacups, the original package, etc. Note The company have a good and a bad…To make it look elegant (first mistake) they have a transparent front box that doesn’t protect at all inside…Also that box doesn’t have a shape for the teapot handle to rest properly in the box and it’s the first thing that breaks). The company makes a good effort to protect the shipment from breaking and i give credit to them. A lot of bubble plastic covering everything. Fragile stickers outside of the box (not sure why because the shipping company doesn’t care about it). Wayfair kept offering replacements that came worse than the other.
