First opening the box, it looked to be a major undertaking. However it was a simple job. Just a few notes : some of the pieces are heavy, especially the umbrella holder and might need a second person. The raising and lowering handle was a bit tedious to line up the hole. I would recommend bolting down the legs, I ended up putting lag bolts through the deck floor joists. That thing isn't moving! Overall a very large and solid umbrella, very happy with purchase.. We just got two of these set up and they seem nice, but have barely used them yet. My main issue was the inability of Wayfair to send anyone who could put them together. They are too large for one person and, while I had paid for assembly, neither the delivery guys or the assembly team (which turned out to be the same delivery guys) could assemble it.
