We received a text letting us know the window of time for delivery. Then a call was received 30 minutes before arrival which allowed us to move the car and open the garage. The delivery was done carefully yet without delay. We requested the packaging be removed to check for damage and without hesitation the packaging was removed and the tub looks great.
