I bought the 12’x12’ Size and it is awesome! It provides amazing shade on our sun drenched mountain back porch. It’s substantial, impressive and beautiful. I also purchased a compatible wheeled base, which I highly recommend if you think you’ll need it to be portable. The only issue is that the upper canopy arrived with a small tear in it and we’re waiting on next steps from the manufacturer. I searched and I searched. I read all the reviews and knew that this would be the right one. I love it !!!!!! The material is very nice, feels durable, I love the color, turquoise. Everything was in the box. As I was pulling the umbrella out of the box, I could see that the solar lights were already on. The crank was very smooth, and it opened right up.  I drilled 4 holes into my cement patio so I would not have to use the cross bar support and weights. I don’t like the look plus it takes up too much room. I would buy it again and recommend it. With my previous umbrella, I bought the insurance which I ended up needing because the lights stopped working after two days. We have two purple leaf umbrellas on different patios. They have worked so well for us that we have recommended them to neighbors as well. It’s been a few years since we bought them and they still work great. We fill the bases with water each spring and empty them in the fall. The fabric has held up well. I have assembled them but have not yet put them up on the wall yet. Assembly instructions were good. So far, they look fabulous. Assembly of the vertical pieces were easy. Doors with the glass does require some finesse. I used the wrong screws (you need the stainless steel ones not the copper looking ones) and had to fix that. The horizontal piece was not easy for one person to assemble. I could have used help. Watch for the dowels! They need to sink in pretty deep. I cracked one side on the finish. EEK! Still, gorgeous piece. Would buy again. For the shelves, I was missing 3 screws. I emailed Wayfair, within 24 hours the manufacturer emailed me asking me how they can assist.
