I've been very impressed with the FOTILE 30" Slant Vent range hood. It’s extremely efficient at removing smoke and cooking odors, much more powerful than standard models. I’ve grown to hate appliances with overly complicated computers in them. They constantly break and never work well. I love that this stove only has the features you need for cooking. The burners work very well and are true to the temperatures you select. I used to have Cafe ranges and they all would get way too hot and were more difficult to control. This Kucht range is more true and is much easier to cook with. You can still get things scorching hot if you want, but you can also gently simmer. One thing I don’t like is that the broiler is only down the center of the oven. I often finish dishes off under the broiler to get things browned quickly on top. The broiler feature will only work on things near the center so you can’t get an even broil over a casserole for instance. Thankfully I have a second oven or this would be a big issue for me. The other slight issue is that parts of the exterior get quite warm when the oven on. Especially near the bottom. Not great when young kids are in the house. This unit is fully insulated with 2 (50 mm)CFC-free polyurethane on both walls and doors. The standard 3-inch (77 mm)polished stainless-steel draft tower dispenser, which is mounted to the top center counter, is cooled by continuous cold air circulation to maintain tap temperature that reduces foam when dispensing and can easily fill pint beer glasses, frosted beer mugs and pitchers. Premium features on this model include a self-contained forced air refrigeration system which cools the base cabinet and tower to optimize temperature throughout your commercial operations. The solid-state digital control system is designed with LED temperature display. The product was perfect for our needs. The price was very fair and the financing was great. The set up was easy. The only thing that should be addressed is in the set-up of the CO2 gauages and connections. That section of the manual could use a little more clarity. I have been using these filters for the last 7 years. I live in LA and the facet water isn’t the best to drink. These filters make a healthy water that taste good.
