Quality is great out the box. It is surprisingly wood on the inside, lacquered within an inch of its life on the outside. Measurements are accurate. We will need to trim 1/2 in off each side so we'll see how it turns out. Would have been less worrying if the white was paint rather than lacquer which risks chipping and peeling. Biggest issue was getting the bottom side drawers open. It ships with knobs turned inward.
