What a nice looking set! I’ve been looking for a new set of kitchen knives for some time now and came across these. I had planned to surprise my husband with them for Christmas but once I received them I knew I couldn’t wait that long! It comes with almost any knife needed and let me say they are super sharp! So much in fact my husband gave himself a little cut when putting them all in place. The overall holder is a little larger than I would have wanted as it takes up just a little more counter space than our old one, but not a deal breaker. I only took a photo of a few knives vs laying them all out, but you can still see the sharpness and quality. They are not lightweight but not heavy, just right! I got the precision 20 piece knife set for Christmas. It’s awesome and am thrilled for the self sharpening feature. The only feedback I have is on the Santorum knife handle is small. This is the only electric sharpener I know of where you can change out a sharpening stone set to switch from 20-degree-bevel knives (western knives) and 15-degree-bevel knives (asian knives) . The sharpener isn't cheap, but it seems to work really well and it saves having to chase down a sharpening service (who probably uses the same equipment) every time I need to touch up my kitchen knives..
