Assembly you will need 3 people to help lift the frame, the rest of the time I was able to do everything by myself, the directions are clear and easy to follow, just don’t assume you know what’s next and put in all the screws, it all turned out looking amazing and I recommend using some magnetic hooks for lighting and hiding wires. This is an excellent product and if you have building skills, it's a breeze to put together! I bought this because it would work for my project. Picture doesnt do it justice. This tile is beautiful and looks very high end. The surface has a nice texture to it and not that cheap glossy stuff. Mannington also has grout specific to their products as well as a sealer. You can lay it down with or without grout. We are doing without. I could not find any pictures online of what it would look like not using grout so once our contractor installs Ill take another pic and post it. We chose the flex line because we have an old house and there is a hump in the floor from the structural wall underneath.
