It’s a lot of parts and hours of work to assemble, need multiple people to complete. It’s not exactly 12x16, more like 11x15. It will look really good when I get to finish assembly. Everything was great, worked wonderfully until last fall when I went to take it off and put it away for winter storage. Summer heat and elements over the years had taken their toll.
