Order came in 3 boxes. Very fast delivery. I ordered the dark grey and like the color a lot. My husband and I put it together and it was done under an hour. I wish the USB charging ports were installed on both arms to allow the option to use either side. For me, the port is on the side where I have no outlet near and would have to use an extension under the sofa and I won't do that. It's comfortable so far. The cushions still need to expand.
