Well to be perfectly honest, the delivery team was fantastic! They arrived as they indicated, they were, friendly, courteous, and ever so efficient. The bookcase arrived early enough to have placed all necessary items on the shelves long before the noon hour. However, once the packaging was removed, the bookcase put in its proper place the matter of how to remove the wood wedges (placed on the left and right sides) holding the shelves in place became the major obstacle of frustration. It's like getting in your car to take a drive, you open the door, take a seat, put the key in the ignition, turn the key or push the button and nothing happens, looking at the gas gauge, you realize you have no gas. Went online to your website, located the item page, found there were instructions on how to remove the wedges. It’s like being stranded in the desert with no water and no camel. Really happy with this bookshelf. It’s sturdy and feels solid once assembled. I was able to put it together by myself without any issues, and the instructions were straightforward. The finish looks clean and modern, and it doesn’t wobble on my floors. I like that it’s tall but still slim, so it doesn’t take up much visual space. The shelves feel strong enough for decor, books, and heavier accent pieces. It looks more expensive than it is and fits nicely in a modern or neutral space. Only small note it helps to have a second person to hold pieces steady during a couple of steps, but it’s totally doable solo.
