Very happy with the product and works as described. I would point out that you need to use the provided 1/2 inch connectors as the bidet requires that size. Good design and product quality, easy to install since it replaces a Clean Touch model so plumbing already connected and a no fault ground plug already wired in. Twenty five minutes to install. I did add a shower style water filter since I have hard water and with no filter it would clog up and destroy the bidet water heating element.
