We are used to cooking with stainless cookware and the only usable burner for cooking on lower heat is the simmer burner. The others are just too intense. The grates are really heavy duty. The drain on this model is close to the wall of the sink and it comes with basket strainer and drain cover to help protect from blockage and other items falling into the drain. The bottom of the sinks are adopted scientific X-shaped diversion design which make it fastly, effectively drain off water and keep it cleaning and drying. It also comes with a protective stainless steel bottom grid to safeguard the surface of your sink. The outer side of the sink's bottom is not only covered with sound dampening pads (asphalt), but also sprayed with damp-proof paint coating to achieve the effect of noise reduction and moisture absorption, making the sink quieter to use and reducing condensation at the bottom of the sink.
