I've seen these newer afwalls being used hundreds of times since being introduced in 2008, and they have been nothing but really reliable and sensory-friendly for people on the spectrum. Unfortunately, there's a vocal group of haters on the internet who do not like this generation of afwall, but pay them no mind. The bowl of this toilet is deep enough compared to the older model that felt too shallow, like I was sitting on a clogged toilet. The new model, also, avoids siphoning out unnecessarily when you flush it, unlike the previous model that can do so unexpectedly and unnerve some people. These are excellent commercial grade LED bulbs which can replace traditional HID metal halide/high pressure sodium bulbs. Ballast must be bypassed, as these use just normal 120V line voltage. These burn only 10% of the power as traditional HID bulbs, yet they produce the same lumen output. Also as advertised, these feature a sliding switch which allows you to select the wattage and lumen output, a fantastic feature which allows for some customization. Another great feature of these bulbs is the fact that they can be used in many standard base light fixtures with an inexpensive (not included) E39 adapter.
