This is the quietest range hood I have ever used with an unique design. The installation is straight forward for most with video tutorial online that's readily available. I went with a professional installation. This range hood is rated at 1100cfm and the unique design has worked very well. My home no longer smells even when I deep fry. I did two modifications for my installation. I went with a Zephyr 6"-8" duct increaser. The reason I did this is because the range hood is rated over 1000cfm. This might not be necessary but it's a choice I made for myself because of the rated CFM. My installation required a 4" spacer piece. I used 6" 10-32 fine thread screws to secure my upper cabinet to the range hood to make up the 4" spacer difference. This is not necessary according to Fotile but I went the extra mile for $13 more in screws, bolts, and washers. So far I am very satisfied with how quiet and powerful it is. It is very descent but very limited instructions on how to use all the settings. I had to go on line and ask AI how to do various things. Also disappointed in the air fryer portion and actually was not as good as expected and it would not go higher than 400 deg F. It is hard to sync the clock with my watch. Also on installation it was not real clear that I had to turn the exhaust fan to blow forward since we do not have teh ability to exhaust outside. Every thing else seems to work good. Good Cook 007. Replaced 12 year old GE convection that kept blowing cooktop bulbs. Simple install, similar controls as my older version, sans convection that I don’t think I ever used. We followed the instructions to install, and then figure out that it would have fit exactly into the old frame, so wasted about an hour removing the old wall connections…. Great having a dial to easily add seconds, or can just hit 30 second button a few times. LOVE the pull out vent that covers the entire cook surface! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having cooked on this new cooktop for 6 weeks, I can happily report that I am enjoying it more than I did my Dacor (on which I experienced a scary igniter failure). Some of expressed concern about the arrangement of the burners and their BTU levels, but that is magic in my view. There is so much customization available that it takes a bit of time to readjust what to cook where -- but that's part of the fun in my opinion. The "stops" that exist between levels of flame, as well as the numbers assigned to each, make it easy to remember what number flame to use next time for that purpose. The only worry I have is scratches because the installer caused one near that simmer burner while setting the cap on and of course now that is there forever, sadly. I had to wait for this model to return to inventory, but the wait was worth it. Highly recommend this Bosch Benchmark model for its beauty, sure, but also for its performance and ease of use!. I always see these type of microwaves when I visit my relatives and ever since then I have wanted to get one myself. However there was no reason to replace my microwave when it was working fine before but it has recently broken down. I saw this as a chance to buy this as a replacement. I love the drawer style design that opens with a button and the stainless steel build. It feels very sturdy and tucks in next to my cabinets perfectly. The microwave is very adjustable and has many different settings which I love to spend time experimenting with. Installation was extremely quick and easy with minimal work.
