[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a very hard time choosing our bathroom renovation faucets because not all faucets/collections come with a deck mounted roman tub filler faucet option. We started our journey with Kohler's Purist collection and were disappointment to learn how the right angle faucets don't reach far enough into the sink or tub. They cause problems by not reaching far enough into the vessel and having a straight-down water flow. bought this for a bathroom remodel and the box was packed full of little styrofoam packing balls. Our contractor installed the faucet and when it was time to test everything , the handheld sprayer had no pressure and was just dribbling out. When the contactor took the hose and handle apart, the inside was PACKED with the styrofoam balls. it took over an hour to get them all out of the hose and sprayer. Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. The grout itself was good, but the entire shipping experience was a nightmare. The order was delayed multiple times.
