My plumber finally came to install it and it and found out that 4 inner components are missing. Plumber said this looked like a returned item that Wayfair sent to me. This was my first brand new tree with lights and it was perfect. You can’t tell from any of the pictures because I have three cats and they immediately took over and claimed the tree. I finally fluffed it all up right before Christmas and it was great. The end of the branches are a different type of “needle” and it makes it look more realistic and full! The lights were beautiful! But I couldn’t figure out the remote and it was a lm intense Christmas disco in my living room for a hot minute. Then the cats chewed through the lights in basically day 2. The lights look high-end. Flat to the ceiling for a modern vibe. They are perfect for vaulted ceilings, and the kelvins are good. I gave them 4-stars because one of the lights had a slightly different hue to it. We ordered 3000k, but one of the lights has an amber undertone.
