Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. This works very well, the only detraction is that, at it's lowest fan setting, it is very loud. This was something noted in previous reviews so we went in to this knowing it might be loud.
