Our tub arrived yesterday in perfect condition! The crate it arrived in was substantial, and the packaging was secure. My husband and I used a furniture dolly (rolling platform) to move it into our bathroom, and it went very well. It helped that the 29” width fit through our 30” doorways. Of course, there is no overflow drain, so if that is a concern, do not order this tub. But I am extremely pleased with the tub so far! Im excited to post a photo of the project once it is complete. Update We installed the tub, and I’m extremely pleased with the way it turned out! The install was tricky for my husband and I to maneuver, as we didn’t hire an outside contractors. Ordered 4 and 2 came in broken. This is also only just the bowl and it does not state that anywhere on here. I spoke with multiple representatives and they also said this should be a full toilet with tank and seat and unsure why I only received a bowl. Joette from resolutions team wants me to keep the broken bowl, give me 25% off to do so and also force me to by tanks with no discount.
