This version of the Redington offers TOTO T40 WASHLET+ and Auto Flush compatibility for when you are ready to upgrade to a hands-free flush system with electronic bidet seat. WASHLET+ toilets feature an opening on the bowl surface to help conceal your WASHLET+ supply line and power cord creating a seamless integration. The Redington comes ready for install into a 12" rough-in, but may be adapted for a 10" or 14" rough-in with the purchase of a separately sold adapter. The Redington is ADA compliant and meets the standards for EPA WaterSense, and California’s CEC and CALGreen requirements. Features a-hand chrome trip lever and includes TOTO SoftClose seat SS124. Purchased this in Sedona beige. The plastic toilet seat and the porcelain toilet base are two different shades. The plastic toilet seat is more yellow than the base. Unfortunately the seat is what you see predominantly when walking into a bathroom. It does not match the decor as we have cool beige. Our tub arrived yesterday in perfect condition! The crate it arrived in was substantial, and the packaging was secure. My husband and I used a furniture dolly (rolling platform) to move it into our bathroom, and it went very well. It helped that the 29” width fit through our 30” doorways. Of course, there is no overflow drain, so if that is a concern, do not order this tub. But I am extremely pleased with the tub so far! Im excited to post a photo of the project once it is complete. Update We installed the tub, and I’m extremely pleased with the way it turned out! The install was tricky for my husband and I to maneuver, as we didn’t hire an outside contractors.
