This toilet is awesome!!! It is a high functioning toilet providing multiple comforting options like a heated seat, self cleaning bidet, night light, massage, etc. Enjoy tranquility on the toilet by listening to soothing music. Installation time does range from 1 to 4 hours depending on having an electrical outlet near for connectivity. The toilet also offers a manual flush feature should you loose electrical power. Shipping was very quick. Comes with everything you need to install it, wax ring, valve, etc. Unfortunately our waterline comes up from the floor which made it difficult for us to install ourselves. Called a few plumbers and got a quote to redirect our waterline for over 1k. Keep that in mind if you have your waterline coming up out of the flooring. Otherwise this toilet is great. This the second toilet seat I have received. I ordered 1 Guinevere 1.28 GPF Floor mounted BIDET with toilet seat. The actual BIDET has yet to be delivered. I contacted Wayfair several days ago about this problem. I as assured the toilet would be delivered by freight. I again received a delivery (today) of another toilet seat only.
